This course sets out to establish what the Food Safet and HACCP Issues are within the Organisation. It will also involve the student getting an Organisation ready to commence the development of a Food Safety HACCP Management System and establishing a framework in which to work. The participant is assisted with the aid of a ISO Certified Facilitator to ensure they as well as the organisation understand the importance of this foundation to be established, otherwise this can affect the success of the whole development and implementation process of the project.

This course will involve the student getting to understand Food Safety Hazards and associated Risks and how these will relate and impact on an organisations Food Safety Management System. The participant is assisted with the aid of a ISO Certified Facilitator to ensure they as well as the organisation identifies all of its risks and hazards because these underpin all subsequent food safety management activities.
Length of Programme: 2 days (time taken may vary depending on candidates organisations time and or resources).

This course will involve the student carrying out a review to determine what is currently happening within the organisation and to look at what is needed in the Food Safety Management System being developed. The participant will commence to put controls in place on the documents being developed for the FSMS to ensure they conform to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000.2005 guidelines, but in the process ensuring they are practical and realistic for the organisation.

This course will involve the student developing the food safety HACCP Manual for the organisation. The participant will develop the manual ensuring it relates to the business processes of the organisation and in the process ensuring that it reflects the scope of the business and also relevant and not just for show purposes.

This course will involve the student working with key personal of an organisation in identifying the required documents for the Food safety Management System. The participant will also work with key Personnel to have existing documentation re written if needed.

This course will assist the participant in implementing Food Safety Management Systems documentation and ensuring it meets the organisations objectives. It also involves putting the student, employee or employees through a practical and effective internal auditors training program to ensure the organisation has an effective Internal Audit Programme.
Length of Programme: 3 days (time taken may vary depending on candidates organisations time and or resources).

This course will take the participant through the process to ensure that the Food Safety Management System of an organisation functions correctly. It will also look at ways to improve any areas of weakness and make final preparations for the on-site Third Party Final Audit to ensure the organisation is ready for certification if required.

The Programme provides participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and implement a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) for an organisation in conformance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000.2005. The programme involves FSMS Modules 1 to 5 in the development of the food safety management system and FSMS Modules 6 to 7 in the Implementation of what has been developed in the first five modules. The last two modules FSMS 8 and FSMS 9 are used for Auditor Professional Development.
Length of Programme: 8 Weeks may vary depending on organisational time and resources.

This programme ensures the student has a through understanding of Basic Food handling and Hygiene as well as providing Induction Training for the new employee. The programme will also allow the participant to test their knowledge of what they have learnt and understood from the presentation by participating in the online competency based examination. All Employee Induction and awareness training programmes are modified to cater for each organisations own Business Processes and Induction procedures.
Length of Programme: 8 Hr.

This course will involve the student being trained in all aspects of Food Safety HACCP Management Systems in line with the requirements of the International Food Safety HACCP Management Systems Standard ISO 22000:2005, HACCP and ISO 9001:2015. It will also enable to candidate to perform a review and provide expert feedback as to what is currently happening within the organisation's Food Safety HACCP Management System and to ensure it Conforms to that of its Interested Parties and National, Industry and Statutory guidelines.
Length of Programme: 1 Day no set time limit is imposed, time taken to complete the course or program is dependent on Candidates and or organisational time commitments and resources.
