Overview: This programme ensures the student or organisation has a through understanding of the Product Recall procedure as it relates to both the International Food Safety Standard ISO 22000 and Relative National Standards. It will also allow the participant to test their knowledge of what they have learnt and understood from the presentation by participating in the online competency based examination.

Prerequisites: Candidates should have some experience within the Food Industry preferably with an exposure to developing necessary procedures and control documents.
