Program Details

TITLE: Developing the Processes and Documents for an Organisation.

OVERVIEW This course will involve the student carrying out a review to determine what is currently happening within the organisation and to look at what is needed in the Quality Management System being developed. The participant will commence to put controls in place on the documents being developed for the QMS to ensure they comply to ISO 9001 guidelines, but in the process ensuring they are practical and realistic for the organisation.

STANDARDS REFERENCED: ISO 9001:2008, 19011:2011 and 17021:2011 plus local, national, statutory rules and regulations and sector specific standards covering country of origin.

LENGTH: 4 weeks may vary depending on organisational time and resources
