Joy Murray is a part-time member of the multi-disciplinary Integrated Sustainability Analysis (ISA) group in the School of Physics at the University of Sydney. In 2006 she completed a two-year action research project working with representatives from business and industry, government and non-government organisations to turn the ISA TBL methodology into a user-friendly software tool. Joy's other part-time job is with The Benevolent Society, the oldest charitable organisation in Australia, building leadership capacity among residents of government housing estates in Eastern Sydney.
