COURSE OVERVIEW: This course will provide participants with an understanding of different types of small equipment used in kitchen. It will also allow the participant to test their knowledge of what they have learnt and understood from the presentation by participating in the online competency examination. It will also enable the participant to learn and understand the safe use and cleaning techniques of small equipment used within the Kitchen.
