OVERVIEW: ACI Global has an Internationally recognised Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), Current Competence (RCC) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Process to assist candidates in applying for RPL, RCC and CPD. As part of this process candidates will be required to provide evidence of Prior Learning from Nationally and Internationally recognised learning Institutes as well as undertake assessment, examination and a skill assessment on key "Knowledge, Ability, Attitude, Cultural Diversity plus Personal Behaviour" disciplines.

The ACI Global Evaluation of Prior Learning and Current Competencies (RPL) and (RCC) Course will suit those candidates wishing to have their Prior Learning and Current Competencies recognised to enable them to further their professional development and career opportunities through learning and or improving their individual skill sets in key Business competencies. Organisations and Businesses alike will be able to use this resource to periodically test the skills of their Certified Business professionals ensuring ongoing skills testing and Continuous Professional Development CPD.

LENGTH OF PROGRAMME: Minimum 20 hrs but is dependent on Candidates and or organisational time commitments and resources.

  • Knowledge Assessment on Key "Competencies" within a Business System or Systems of the Candidates Choice.

KEY SKILL DISCIPLINES EXAMINED:

  • Graduate.
  • Auditor (includes Lead or Team Leader plus a specified management system).
  • Business Improvement Auditor.
  • Food Safety HACCP Systems - Consultant.
  • Consultant - Quality Management Systems - Consultant.
  • Environmental Management Systems - Consultant.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Systems - Consultant.
  • International Business Advisor.
  • Heavy Vehicle Auditor or
  • Those wishing to join as a Facilitator, Tutor, Consultant or Contractor.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Examination of Current CV - Candidates to provide a current CV or Resume detailing career history spanning a minimum of 4 years covering Location, Company Name, Business Scope, Positions and Qualifications held as well as Budget responsibilities. Candidates will need to provide Personal Photo ID Passport photo either at registration or this can be included within the candidates CV.
  • Interviews with three recent client referees - Candidates to provide contacts email and phone numbers with full International and National codes, this also can be included in the candidates CV.
  • Examination of Prior Learning - Candidates will be expected to provide evidence of past learning and certificates achieved within the key professional development areas of Business Systems, Lead, Principal and Business Improvement Auditing or Evaluating obtained through any International or National recognised and registered training provider for a period of up to Five Years. Candidates who are unable to Evidence of Prior Learning within a period of Five Years from the time of application may well be advised to undertake Refresher Training.
  • Examination of Knowledge of Evaluation/Audit Skills - Candidates will need to carry out a Business Evaluation or a Third Party Audit (Candidates may Provide Evidence of having undertaken an Evaluation or an Audit within the last 3 Months).
  • Assessor/Auditor of Business Systems - RABQSA-AU.
  • Team Leader Principal Assessor/Auditor - RABQSA-TL.
  • Examination of Knowledge of Industry Skills - Candidates will be examined for Specific Industry Experience and Skills relevant to the required RABQSA International Inc Key Competencies, if applying for Auditor Training, in the following areas:
  • Quality Management Systems - RABQSA-QM.
  • Environmental Management Systems - RABQSA-EM.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - RABQSA-OH.
  • Food Safety Management and HACCP Systems - RABQSA-FS.
  • Examination of Workplace Knowledge of Key Business Skills - Candidates will be examined on Skills such as Business Systems, Leadership Skills, Strategic Skills, Management Skills, Statistical Analysis (Six Sigma) Financial reporting and Corporate and Environmental Sustainability.
  • Psychometric Examination of Key Personal Behaviour disciplines - Candidates will have their Personnel Behaviour Disciplines examined by using the Hogan Leadership Profile to determine suitability for nominated training and or Professional Development.

REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND ENROLLMENT PROCESS

ACI Global's 8 Step RPL, RCC AND CPD assessment and examination process involves

  1. Registration and Enrollment - Candidates register, pay and enroll online;
  2. Welcome Email Sent - Candidates are advised of access to e-learning and e-Examination centre upon clearance of funds;
  3. Commitment - Candidates are welcomed online and provide commitment to privacy, confidentiality and personal commitment to Business Ethics;
  4. Assessment and Peer Review - Prior Learning (RPL), Current Competence (RCC) and Special Needs are assessed, recognised and recorded;
  5. e-Examination - Certificates of competence issued upon successful examination outcomes of candidates knowledge, ability, attitude, cultural diversity and personal behaviour;
  6. Video Assessment and Examination - Candidates provide Visual Evidence of their "Skill" to demonstrate they can apply their knowledge, ability, attitude, cultural diversity and personal behaviour disciplines by skype and video streaming which is assessed by certified skill examiners;
  7. "Certificate of Competence" - is issued in recognition of candidates being able to "Demonstrate" ability to apply "Knowledge" in a real live Audit, evaluation or task;
  8. Personnel Registration - Assist candidates in registering with Third Party Personnel Certification Bodies (PCB) if required.
