COURSE OVERVIEW: The ACI Global on line Competency based Skill Assessment Course will suit those candidates wishing to have their Prior Learning recognised as well as test themselves against a predetermined skill set required to become Registered as a "Competency Based" Business Professional. It will also enable them to further their professional development and career opportunities through training and or improving their individual skill sets in key Business competencies. This course also includes both PAAS Master and Exemplaar online examinations delivered under license by ACI Global to RABQSA International Inc.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY: e-Quip Learning Management Solutions operating within the ACI Global Training "HUB" providing a Blend of On Line and Face to Face e-learning outcomes fully "Traceable" and "Validated" by smart card technology.

COURSE Essentials: Broadband ADSL together with Skype or Windows Live Messenger is highly recommended. Skype Video, Skylook recording (MP3 technology) together with mobile 3G video phones are also recommended. This technology will be used to assist the tutor in observation and competency assessments undertaken by the candidate.

COURSE PREREQUISITE: Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

RABQSA PAAS Master and Exemplaar Examinations: - Applications, results and interviews resulting from undertaking the on line RABQSA International Inc PAAS Master and Exemplaar examinations form part of the ACI Global Skill Assessment course. ACI Global delivers both PAAS Master and Exemplaar under license to RABQSA International Inc.

What is Required for the online Skill Assessment:

Current CV - detailing career history spanning a minimum of 4 years covering Location, Company Name, Business Scope, Positions and Qualifications held as well as Budget responsibilities.
Personal Photo ID - Candidates need to provide a Passport photo either at registration or this can be included in your CV
Three recent client reference contacts email and phone numbers please provide full International and National codes, this also can be included in your CV.
Industry Experience - Specific Industry Experience relevant to the required RABQSA International Inc Competencies, if applying for Management Consultant or Auditor Training, in the following areas:

A: Quality - QM, AU, TL

B: Environment - EM, AU, TL

C: Health and Safety - OH, AU, TL

D: Food Safety, HACCP - FS, HP, AU, TL

E: Management Consultant - AU, TL, MC

F: Heavy Vehicle - AU, QM plus have completed online the Heavy Vehicle Skill Examination.

Prior Learning - Candidates will be expected to provide evidence of all past learning and certificates gained within the key professional development areas of Management Consultant, Management Systems Auditing, Lead, Principal and Business Improvement Auditing obtained through any International or National recognised and registered training provider.
Evidence provided from an actual Business Improvement Project or Audit.
Observation of the preparation and planning before the commencement of the project.
Observation of the site plan and associated risks clearly identified.
Observation of Interviews and techniques used.
Observation of follow up actions or improvement measures undertaken.
Verification of all actions undertaken during a Business Improvement project or Audit that a "Skill Assessor" would expect to see in the field.
Observation of the closing meeting.
