
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW: This programme caters for candidates with diverse industry backgrounds, wanting to implement positive outcomes for organisations as well as training them to be able to confidently and professionally lead an Audit Team. Participants will carry out a full skill assessment online to determine the level of current competence as well as determine and recognise Prior Learning (RPL). During module one Participants carry out a number of Audits on either a newly establised Business System or within an establised system throughly cecking and audting existing doocuemntation plus all of the organisations Management Programmes. By the completion of module one candidates will have ensured that the business system in place has been implemented and audited correctly and the organisation is ready for prepartation for a Third Party Audit (Certification Audit)
The Second Module readies the organisation and all its staff for the Third Party (Certification) Audit. The candidate will undertake a full and comprehensive "Desk Top Audit" as well a carrying a full final audit on the organisations Business System involving all processes and ensuring all levels of "Risk" have been audited. During this module the candidate actively works with the organissations Internal Audit team gaining valuable experience in Leading a Team of Auditors to achieve a Positive outcome for the organisation..
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: It is suitable for candidates that have approved Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) whilst having experience with Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems or have completed the OHS Courses 1 - 5 of the ACI Global Development and Implementation Programs.
PROGRAMME MODULES AND ESTIMATED TIME TO COMPLETE: The Occupational Health and Safety Lead Auditor Coures consists of three parts.
Part 1 - Module 1 Online OHS Lead Auditor (OH, AU TL)competency based e-learning (Max 4 weeks).
Part 2 - Module 2: Online OHS Lead Auditor (OH, AU TL)competency based e-learning (Max 4 weeks).
Part 3: Dependent on outcomes of Parts 1 and 2 candidates may well need to complete OHS 8 and OHS 9 to achieve a satisfactory level of Audit experience before making application to RABQSA for Registration as a Certified Quality Lead Auditor.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY: e-Quip Learning Management Solutions operatining within the ACI Global Training "HUB" providing a Blend of On Line and Face to Face e-learning outcomes fully "Traceable" and "Validated" by smart card technology.
COURSE DESIRABLES: Broadband ADSL together with Skype or Windows Live Messenger is highly recommended. Skype Video, Skylook recording (MP3 technology) together with mobile 3G video phones are also recommended. This technology will be used to assist the tutor in observation and competency assessments which will include as a minimum the conducting of the initial onsite tour of facilities plus an opening and closing audit meeting.

RABQSA PROGRAMME RECOGNITION: At the successful completion of the course a Certificate in Lead Auditing will be granted. Participants will need to successfully undertake a "Skill Examination" with RABQSA International Inc before applying for their preferred scope of Certification see below for details.
CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD): Candidates will be required to commit to continuous professional development to ensure their Current Competency is maintained throughout the scope of their Registration with their nominated Personal Certification Provider. This service is included in the above Price.
