COURSE OVERVIEW: This course caters for candidates with diverse industry backgrounds and can be completed all online using the ACI Global "Clever" e-learning competency based training programme e-Quip and is based on ISO 19011.2002 and the National Heavy Vehicle Auditor Schemme(NHVAS).

COURSE PREREQUISITIES: Heavy Vehicle and Business Experience preferrably with some understanding of Quality Auditing. For candidates wishing to apply for recognition of prior learning please read Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for what is required and how to apply.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY: e-Quip Learning Management Solutions operatining within the ACI Global Training "HUB" providing a Blend of On Line and Face to Face e-learning outcomes fully "Traceable" and "Validated" by smart card technology.

COURSE DESIRABLES: Broadband ADSL together with Skype or Windows Live Messenger is highly recommended. Skype Video, Skylook recording (MP3 technology) together with mobile 3G video phones are also recommended. This technology will be used to assist the tutor in observation and competency assessments which will include as a minimum the conducting of the initial onsite tour of facilities plus an opening and closing audit meeting.

COURSE TUTOR: RABQSA approved and appointed at course registration.

COURSE PRICE: $800.00 AUD - GST may be applicable includes modules 1 and 2.

COURSE RECOGNITION: Provisional Certificate in Auditing. (see below for full details re full details regarding full registration and certification with RABQSA).

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD): Candidates will be required to commit to continuous professional development to ensure their Current Competency is maintained throughout the scope of their Registration with their nominated Personal Certification Provider. Dependent on outcomes of Parts 2 and 3 candidates may well need to complete QMS 8 and QMS 9 to achieve a satisfactory level of Audit experience before making application to RABQSA for Registration as a Heavy Vehicle Auditor.
