PROGRAMME OVERVIEW: This course caters for candidates with diverse industry backgrounds and can be completed all online using the ACI Global "Clever" e-learning competency based training programme e-Quip and is based on ISO 19011.2011 and the National Heavy Vehicle Auditor Scheme(NHVAS).

• Full Lead Auditor Skill Assessment to prepare you for the mandatory RABQSA Skill Examination.

PROGRAMME PREREQUISITIES: Heavy Vehicle and Business Experience preferrably with some understanding of Quality Auditing.

PROGRAMME FACILITATOR: RABQSA approved and appointed at course registration.

PROGRAMME RECOGNITION: Certificate of Competency RABQSA-QM, RABQSA-AU, ACIAHV and ACIAFM.

The Heavy Vehicle Auditor course consists of three (3) parts:

Part 1 - Quality Management Systems and Auditing
Part 2 - HVA General Knowledge and Skill Examination
Part 3 - Fatigue Management for Auditors

Dependent on outcomes of Parts 2 and 3 candidates may well need to complete QMS 8 and QMS 9 to achieve a satisfactory level of Audit experience before making application to RABQSA for Registration as a Heavy Vehicle Auditor.

AUDITOR REGISTRATION: At the successful completion of the course candidates are encouraged to seek Registration with RABQSA International Inc, before applying for their preferred scope of Auditor Registration. • Competency Unit: Practice personal attributes necessary for the effective and efficient conduct of a management system audit.

TEAM LEADER - RABQSA-TL.

• Competency Unit: Establish, plan and task the activities of an audit team.
• Competency Unit: Communicate effectively with the auditee and audit client.
• Competency Unit: Organise and Direct audit team members.
• Competency Unit: Prevent and resolve conflict with the auditee and/or within the audit team.
• Competency Unit: Prepare and complete the audit report.
