COURSE OVERVIEW This course will take the participant through the process to ensure that they comply with all National Transport Commission (NTC) and National Regulations regarding fatigue. The course upgrades the drivers knowledge of fatigue laws from TFMS to TLF1007C.
COURSE LENGTH: 5.5 Hrs.
COURSE APPROVAL NUMBERS: This course complies to the National Transport Commission of Australia (NTC) Guidelines and with the Australian Qualifications Framework TLIF1007C.
COURSE CODE: HHVAFMD.
COURSE PREREQUISITIES: Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence and trained to transitional fatigue management.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY: e-Quip "Blended" On Line and Face to Face with learning outcomes fully "Traceable" via smart card technology.
COURSE DESIRABLES: Broadband ADSL together with Skype or Windows Live Messenger is highly recommended.Skype Video, Skylook recording (MP3 technology) together with mobile 3G video phones are also recommended. This technology will be used to assist the tutor in observation and competency assessments which will include as a minimum the conducting of the initial onsite tour of facilities plus an opening and closing audit meeting.

The Final Assessment Task also ensures that the student has completed to the National Transport Commissions and Australian Qualifications framework all necessary tasks required within the context of the Course. Within each Key Learning Objective there are a number of Key Assessment Tasks to be completed by the candidate and then submitted for assessment by their assigned Tutor.
