Course Overview

To provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) for an organisation in compliance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2000.

The program involves QMS 1 - QMS 5 in the development of the quality system and QMS 6 - QMS 7 in the Implementation of what has been developed in the first five courses. QMS 8 and QMS 9 are for Auditor Professional Development.

Prerequisites: Nil

Tutor: RABQSA approved and appointed at course registration.

Recognition: Certificate in Internal Audit at completion of QMS 6. Please note that a Provisional Certificate in Lead Auditing will be given after successful completion of QMS 7 but completion of QMS 8 and QMS 9 may well need to be completed before full registration with RABQSA International Inc as a Certified Lead Auditor is recomended.

Learning Objectives

At the completion of the course the student will have a through understanding of Quality Systems in both development and implementation. Participants will receive a provisional certificate in Auditing at the completion of the program whilst the "Participating Organisation" will be ready for the Final Certification Audit to ISO 9001:2000.
