To provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and implement a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) for an organisation in compliance with the International Standard ISO 22000.2005.

To provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and implement a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) for an organisation in compliance with the International Standard ISO 22000.2005.
At the completion of the course the student will have a through understanding of Food Safety Management Systems in both development and implementation. Participants will receive a provisional certificate in Auditing at the completion of the program whilst the "Participating Organisation" will be ready for the Final Certification Audit to ISO 22000.2005.

FSMS 8 and FSMS 9 are used for Auditor Professional Development in both integrated Business Systems, Decision Analysis and introduction to Triple Bottom Line reporting and ISO 26000.
