I would like to outline the sort of thing which would suggest to us that you were the sort of person or organisation we would like to represent ACI Global throughout the world.
A candidate that would interest us would need to be experienced with the ability to look at issues differently and in a challenging way. They are likely to have had a lot of client facing experience and are likely to be a very good peoples person with a practical outlook on life.
An Organisation would need to be able to convince us that they would be able to adequately provide training facilities as well as experienced trainers to deliver training in the four key areas of Quality, Environmental, OH&S and Food Safety (HACCP)
Ask yourself a few questions:

Do you expect ACI Global to book you a full diary with paying clients and never see us again?

Do you expect those clients to be within a 30 minute drive of your home?

Do you see yourself as being a fixed cost to ACI Global?

Do you see training and auditing as a high paid business that will get you out of the house?
If the answers to those questions are "no", perhaps you should try these ones:

Are you applying to us because you were a quality manager and have been made redundant? If so, have you gone back to your original employer to act as a quality consultant?

Do you know what it feels like to truly exceed a client's expectation?

Being a quality systems trainer or auditor means that people can depend upon you to work at the drop of a hat any time of the day, any day of the week. Management trainers and auditors are often given work not because the client couldn't do it, but because they couldn't get it done in the time to meet the deadline. Does this sound like you?

Are you a practical person and understand that Organisations must achieve bottom line results with the work you do?

A quality trainer or auditor's work is quite often spent justifying the next project, partly by developing a relationship with a client, partly by massively over-delivering on a project, and partly by selling. Does this sound like you?

Are you prepared to be completely independent and unbiased in your judgements and are you prepared to walk away if this independence is compromised?

To ACI Global the most important quality is whether you can relate to a client in their own language and be willing to understand their business - is that something you can do?

Are you conversant with Microsoft Office packages that enable clients to maintain their own quality system on an intranet?

- Login to the ACI Global Recognition of Prior Learning Course.
- Upon successful completion of the online interview and verification of the candidates current competency they will be advised of their progress towards acceptance as an ACI Global Tutor, Consultant or contractor.
- Candidates may need to complete the RABQSA PAAS Master examination as part of this process
