COURSE OVERVIEW This course caters for candidates with diverse industry backgrounds, wanting to implement positive outcomes for organisations as well as training them to be able to confidently and professionally conduct evaluations and or audits on an Organisations Business Processes.

The candidate will be involved in carrying out a number of Audits on either a newly established Business System or within an established system thoroughly checking and auditing existing documentation plus all of the organisations Management Programmes. By the completion of this course the candidate will have ensured that the business system in place has been implemented and audited correctly and the organisation is ready for preparation for a Third Party Audit (Certification Audit). Participants will also be able to undertake a full Skill Examination online to ready them for RABQSA Auditor Certification if they choose.

COURSE DESIRABLES: Broadband ADSL together with Skype or Windows Live Messenger is highly recommended. Skype Video, Skylook recording (MP3 technology) together with mobile 3G video phones are also recommended. This technology will be used to assist the tutor in observation and competency assessments which will include as a minimum the conducting of the initial onsite tour of facilities plus an opening and closing audit meeting.

COURSE PREREQUISITES: Candidates will require experience and a sound understanding of Quality Management Systems and Environmental Greenhouse Gas and Pollution Issues. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may apply. Please be advised that as a International Certified Training Organisation (ICTO) with RABQSA International Inc we are required to maintain a data base on Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) and Recognised Current Competency (RCC)
