Overview: To provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and implement a Business Management System Quality (QMS), Environmental (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and or Food Safety HACCP (FSMS) for an organisation in compliance with the International Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, 14001, 22000 and BS 18001.

COURSE DESIRABLES: Broadband ADSL together with Skype or Windows Live Messenger is highly recommended. Skype Video, Skylook recording (MP3 technology) together with mobile 3G video phones are also highly recommended. This technology will be used to assist the tutor or facilitator in determining "Competence" during observation and competency based assessments.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES - GRADUATE
To provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and implement a Business Management System of their choice for an organisation in compliance with the International Organisation of Standardisation ISO.
At the completion of the course the student will have a through understanding of Business Systems in both development and implementation. Participants will receive a certificate in Auditing and Lead Auditing plus a "Diploma" in the specified system of their choosing.
KEY OUTCOMES - ORGANISATION
The organisation with an existing business system in place will receive a fully updated and evaluatd business management system to ISO standard requirements or an organisation without a Business System in place will with the assistance of the Graduate and supported by a Business Professional as their Mentor gain a fully functional and certifiable business management system to ISO standards.
