Learning Solutions for the Development and Implementation of your Business System by a Graduate Trainee external to your existing human resource base. This option allows for the raising of the skill level of Graduate and existing Business Professionals as well as allowing for the ongoing evaluation of existing systems and processes by trainee auditors.
Business Model Overview: The Organisation and or business will be defined as an Alliance Partner and will gain the benefit of having a business system ready for final evaluation at the end of the training undertaken by the graduate trainee. The graduate trainee and all training undertaken is overseen by a seasoned business professional with RABQSA International Inc registration. The business systems will be developed, implemented and or evaluated to the International Organisation for Standards (ISO) indicated guidelines. The graduate trainee may either be working in the role of developing and implementing a business system or as a auditor in which the organisation would receive the ongoing benefits of a business system under continual evaluation at no cost. The alliance partner also has the knowledge that all systems and auditor training are provided by a World Registered Training Organisation (WRTO)

Financial Obligations of the Alliance Partner for the Development and Implementation of a Business System: The alliance partner will be expected to pay a negotiated fee to the trainee for time spent on site developing and implementing the system. To this must be added 10% of a comparable quote for the work if done by a Registered Consultant. The alliance partner will not be expected to pay for any work the trainee undertakes whilst not on site.
Financial Obligations of the Alliance Partner for ongoing Business System Evaluation: Whilst the Alliance Partner is involved in ongoing evaluation of an existing Business System they are not obligated to pay for auditor training within the ACI Global Auditor Training programmes as this is a cost to be borne by the trainee auditor.
